DAM quadrants

The DAM consist of different versions, each with its own applications and benefits.

type DAM 010

The DAM 010 is a metal quadrant and can be without further tools be mounted in:

• rectangular ducts in all sizes
• round ducts from diameter 200 mm, (other sizes after adjusting, see mounting instructions chapter 4.5)
• ducts with internal insulation
• ducts with external insulation
• ducts without insulation

advantages of the DAM 010

• no air leakage
• the valve does not vibrate or rattle
• multipurpose and reliable
• efficient and fast to mount

type DAM 020

Standard including a contra bearing in order to stabilize the valve. The DAM 020 is a nylon quadrant and suitable for:

• round ducts with a maximum diameter upto 250 mm
• rectangular ducts with a maximum width upto 200 mm
• application in combination with blades out of steel plate up to 1 mm thickness

advantages of the DAM 020

• quick mounting because of single bearing
• solid construction
• no rust, therefore always operable
• no air leakage
• the valve does not vibrate or rattle
• the position of the lever is always the same as the position of the blade

type DAM 030

The metal DAM 030 exists out of an axl with propeller wire, feather, rings and wingnut. Easy assembling without further appliances in: rectangular canals with all dimensions and round canals up to diameter 250 mm.

type DAM 040 and DAM 050

The metal DAM 040 and DAM 050 exist out of a round digit plate, oval axl without propeller wire, feather, screw bold and wingnut. Easy assembling without further appliances in: rectangular canals with all dimensions and round canals up to diameter 350 mm (DAM040) and diameter 500 mm(DAM050).
